I found yoga while healing from chronic back pain. It transformed how I move, breathe, and live. My classes blend evidence-informed movement, breathwork, and accessible philosophy.
My meditation teaching draws from medical research and the work of Jon Kabat-Zinn and Dr. John Yates. I offer a clear, accessible roadmap to how the mind works in meditation, bridging modern science and traditional insight to help students cultivate awareness and ease.
I am classically trained in piano and have released original music as a singer-songwriter; that musical sensitivity now guides my sound work to help others heal through vibration and tone.
